1-on-1 Assessment & Treatment

Quality Assessment

We do not jump between clients or use an aide. You will have our undivided attention. We don’t want you to come back with the same recurring nagging injury, which is why we spend time and effort figuring out how you may have got that injury in the first place.

Longer Treatment
Times

quality treatment

We believe in spending quality time with our clients. Treatment times will be 45 minutes, allowing us to spend adequate time with you going through your rehab exercises, and also spending time doing both hands-on and dry needling treatments.

MEET KAYLA CLARKE (Nguyen)!

Kayla Clarke (Nguyen)  is a physiotherapist who is extremely passionate about what she does. Although you will be just one-on-one with her, you can expect an energetic and vibrant environment.

Growing up on the east coast of Canada playing everything from competitive hockey, to soccer, to softball – she is no stranger to a wide variety in sports (and sport injuries!). On top of that, she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland, followed up by completing her MSc. PT in Glasgow, Scotland, before moving back home to Canada.  Present day, Kayla LOVES to travel (fortunate enough to cross 23 countries and counting), spending a lot of time hiking, camping, or snowboarding in the Canadian rockies, trying to crush some workouts at FREE Fit and Movement Lab, drinking coffee and enjoying some delicious local beer (maybe even bringing along her husband and her dog!)

Getting to the ROOT of the pain/problem

Finding out where the ROOT of the pain/problem area came from. We don’t want you to come back with the same recurring nagging injury, which is why we spend time and effort figuring out how you may have got that injury in the first place
I have been to many physiotherapists, but I never really understood what a difference treatment could make until I started coming to Kayla. She is kind, compassionate and takes the time to understand the root of your problem, and treat that rather then just treating symptoms. Life changing physiotherapist, I would never go to anyone else
